Potential deductions
- Original shipping fees paid by the buyer are non-refundable.
- For free-shipping orders, original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Duties or taxes already remitted to authorities may be non-refundable.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation requests are accepted only before an order is processed for dispatch. Cancellation is not guaranteed, but our team will always try to stop fulfillment in time.
If the order has already moved into dispatch flow, a return can be requested under the Returns Policy after delivery.
